ALP300 is a fixed type integrated degasser with 
electric chain lifting system.

ALP300 Main Application

 

ALP300 is a fixed type integrated degasser with electric chain lifting system. As a fixed type system, it generally serves as a degassing station for  transfer ladles degassing or provide online or batch degassing for specialized furnaces. Degassing medium: 99.996% pure dry nitrogen or argon, provided by gas center and gas cylinders can be set aside the degasser.

  

ALP300 Mechanical Parameters

 

1.Fixed type, immovable, can be used as degassing station or fixed degasser for specialized furnaces.

2.Device height and travel distance can be customized according to clients furnaces.

3.Rotor belt driven, speed from 0~600RPM, speed display adjustable, time settable and one button full-auto mode is available.

4.Lift Type: Hydraulic lift or chain lift.

5.Hydraulic type degassing arm can be manually pedal lifted when power down. Chain lift type, the degassing arm can be hand-lifted when power down.

6.Low limit position can be adjusted to adapt furnaces at different depths, or customized as double low limit switches to fit two or three furnace depths.

7.Cooling air device can cool down motor, spindle and bearing, avoiding over heat to damage the machine.

8.Good heat insulation, dry air ventilation for cooling when in continuous degassing. High frequency of usage, also need to connect to external air for cooling.

ALP300 Degassing Principles

 

Inject pre-set quantity of inert gas into theALmet through rotating graphite shaft and rotor. The rotor disperses the inert gas into millions of small bubbles, evenly into the melt. Small inert gas bubbles capture hydrogen and nonmetallic impurities, then altogether flow to the melt surface.
